Thats from the xbox website. earlier in the long laundry list of things it talked about how msp cards were untransferable from certain countries, but said nothing about game downloads

EDIT: Since this game download came with my new xbox, i am not sure if it would follow under those guidlines beings xbox's are shipped everywhere
