I'm interested in starting some cardio but too lazy atm.

 

Posting my full eating scheme is to logn to put here!
Just lower down carbs and up your protein.
Drink alot of water and get around 200-400 Kalories on the cardio a day

 

I do. Ive been into eating,sleeping and training decent for about 4 years now. I used to go to the gym 5 times a week like you, but there isnt enough time to recover. I find 4 days a week alot better, it helps my system to recover as well as my muscles

 

Gym 6 days a week along with a diet.

 

I try to eat clean but ear too much candy and chocolate, I work out five times a week though

 

Age and bench and squat?

 

17 years old, 255 lb bench, 295 squat.

 

Same age as you but I bench 110kg and squat 140kg
When did you start going to the gym?

 

When I was 13 I wanted to get big for wrestling.

I'm 18 and about 6'6 230 pounds, I can bench 250...but I have bad knees and can barley squat more than i can bench. Also about to start the insanity workout to try to tone myself.

 

I would suggest doing P90X over that or the best choice is just go to the gym.

 

In the summer time I go to the gym like 5 days a week with a diet and good sleeping, but nowadays, during my school and etc., I go only 2 times a week. I know I need to go at least three times, but I just don't have much time. I need to study a lot.

 

Five feet 10 inches is not 2 meters. It's roughly 177cm.
