Newskool banned for scamming

Couple weeks ago I scammed this user: http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=246201

Scam report thread can be found here: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1338551

I am really sorry about all I have done and I can provide a full refund to that user (30m) or if he wants that account back (I don't think so).
But I really want to be a part of this part of this community and make some legit trades.

But I don't remember the msn of that user.

Btw, if I will get unbanned, can I keep my donator rank? ($5)

Pay them back first
