Best defence xp

I need to get my defence up, currently I'm 55 atk, 66 str, 40 def, 99 range 44 prayer.

Turning into a range tank, but what would be the best xp?

 

If you have 43 prayer, you would have a lot more options.

Since your melee stats are quite low, I recommend rock crabs or yaks for now.

yaks or spiders in the stronghold.

 

i think bandits maybe.

 

Your melee stats are so low that it probably just makes more sense to soul war it

 

Like jewish hat said, you could sou wars it and it would save combat levels. Although yaks or experiments aren't a terrible idea.
