Can't create an account

    Can't Create Guest

    Can't create an account
    When I tried to create an account, it said that one was already made on this IP. I'm currently deployed, and the network I'm on is open so anyone in our complex can use it. I was wondering if there was any way for me to still create an account or not?
    Didn't know where else to post this, couldn't create a thread unless I had an account on the other forums, unless I missed one that I could.
