The fact that it is 116, it's stats, you'd be out of your mind to give it for 20m, it's worth 50m atleast.

For one its not worth any more than 35m. I have 3 other accounts thats why i am making him an offer and this doesnt concern you.

 

99 Woodcutting and 97 str is worth 20m alone, oh well. Won't judge you, sorry.
