Clan Citadel

I was looking at effigies on RSWiki, and I noticed that you can boost your summoning by 10?

I know absolutely nothing about Clan Citadels. Is it a long process before I can use the boost for my effigies? Can I do it right now? I'm not sure I want to try something new yet, but I could really use the boost. I looked it up on RSWiki but the page is very long and it doesn't say when/where/how I could use the boost.

Yes you can,

 

"n a Clan Citadel battlefield, the Powerup (skill) tile can be configured to boost summoning anywhere from -10 to +10, or -10% and +10%. This is the only way to obtain a visible boost for the Summoning skill. This is particularly useful for investigating Ancient effigies."

All I had to go was look at the rswiki ^_^

 

Yeah, but how do I get there? Seeing as it's a "clan" would I need to be in a CC? Where do I find that.

I do know that, and saw that. But it tells me nothing else about the clan citadels, on how to start, how to get there etc.

The Citadels are where the old air altar used to reside. Just go there, join a citadel, and then follow someone to the battle field.

 

Which is South of Falador, where you make the capes, and you can join a clan? I have to join a clan in order to join a citadel? How do I follow one into the battlefield, will I be able to immediately use the boost for my effigies? I'm assuming it's safe also?

Yes, South of Falador. I don't think you have to be in a clan to get into a Citadel, I believe you can join as a guest.


Just ask someone to lead you to their clan's battlefield.

The boost you receive, you can use it right away.

The citadel is safe, too.

If anyone's wondering, Clan's can boost your Summoning and Agility level by 10! Which is awesome for effigies.
