[WTB] +30days verified Steam account

I want to buy a steam account with no more 30 day gift lock.
Means when you buy a gift in your inventory, you are able to trade with others and not have to wait 30 days.

I dont need games on it.

Its important that games are tradable when buy about steam store.

Normally new accounts have a 30 day block after purchasing a game in steam store. The inventory can be used after 30 days.

Means I need an account where in past already was traded with gifts.
