Refuses to show proof of the method working.. Claims he has known about it for 3 months, but still can't show me some proof of a single thing? Come on now.

I was curious to buy the method, but obviously couldn't when I saw no proof. Constantly told me he could barely afford to buy things such as fire capes, but then keeps telling me every different thing.

Would trade at your own risk. Would love to see some proof, but have yet to see any.

Can't imagine it's that hard to be able to transfer a couple of random things to a level 3. He claims he can transfer them in 1 minute after all. Not really any excuse for not doing it, especially considering he said there's no requirements at all.

He told me that if i wanted proof, i should supply him two acc's. One being a level 3 and one being another account with a chaotic. So he can log onto my acc's, trade it over, since after 3 months, he has no other way of proving it to me.
