    I came by this in the Non-Virtual items section. I wouldn't want anyone to get scammed, and I am thinking this is enough to warrant a TWC.

    Furthermore, at the bottom of the MSN conversation he admits that he wouldn't care about getting a new Sythe account should he be banned. I'm not sure whether the evidence is enough to warrant a ban for evasion though.

    It does sound like a scam, but unfortunately there's nothing we can really do about it. It has always been the site's policy that no trader is required to use an MM (official or otherwise); I cannot penalize him for declining.
