    Can i cash a paypal check if im 17? But have a debit card?
    I have $75 stuck in my paypal but i cant take it out without a credit card and i dont want to link one!

    As long as the check is made out to you and you are a customer/member at a bank or credit union, you should be allowed to cash the check. You would also need a valid form of identification to prove your identity.
