Balloonboy - Tries to open a dispute but fails..[scam attempt]

Basically he tried to tell paypal he didn't receive his item when he did. It was a 137 runescape account, I WENT FIRST. He sent the money, notice it says "Thanks for the account enjoy dude". We did a fucking recovery test 3 times, with different information, passed all tests. He is pathetic, in the pictures you see me winning later because paypal doesn't have buyer protection on virtual items.. but he needs to understand you just don't scam like that. Especially when I see him log into the runescape account 2 hours before the dispute.. Ban this kid
