Briefly explain the trade:
I was purchasing an account from him, he ended up giving me a completely different account, nowhere close to what I paid for.

How they scammed: Sold me the wrong account (which has already been sold)

From the evidence provided, I can safely conclude that he is recovering accounts that he's already sold in order to resell them. Obviously with this account a few levels have gone up, so I've concluded that the person he sold account #9 to played on the account a bit, then he recovered the account back in order to sell it (to me)​

 

Banned him.
