Improvements to my PKing?

Alright, so.. My stats are:
80 attack
90 strength
45 defence
80 ranged
94 mage
53 prayer
84 hitpoints
F2P Combat: 94

The gear i use is:
Berserker Helmet
Fighter Torso
Strength Amulet
Chaotic Rapier
Rune Defender
Rune Platelegs
Rune Boots
Team Cape
Barrows Gloves
No ring.

Besides turmoil (saving up for it now) what should i change? I use vengeance, and have Korasi as a spec weapon, yet i still always die. Am i just eating at the wrong time, not venging at the right time? Thanks

 

I don't know, but maybe maxing out? (99 Strength, Magic and Ranged)

 

Eating at the wrong time, veging wrong etc. Look at the many zerker youtube videos and see how pro's play.

 

Make a vid and put it on youtube so we can just see what youre doing right / wrong
