Briefly explain the trade:
We got a deal for his LOL account (here is the thread about him selling http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1344718) and we decided that I would give him 50%, then he gives me the account and password and finally I give him the last 50%. All this through Paypal. He is from Sweden even though he just changed his country on skype to USA.
I sent him the first 50% and he never got back to me. He pretended I did not send it as a gift, he made me take screenshots, call paypal to confirm, then said he would call them. But I did not get any answer from him after that.

The name on the LOL account is baL.
I'm also gonna report his account to riot.
The guy got 30 euros out of me.... Damn, he must be in some serious troubles lol
please ban this guy and avoid him at all cost.

Can someone tell me how to report him to riot so that his account can be banned please? I have the name of the account.
