    Windows problem

Hey guys I want to ask you how to solve 1 thing.
I've formatted computer installed windows XP proffesional, installed drivers etc, but when I've tried to run some applications or setups I had an error I dont have something in kernel32.dll library, every application showed other error but still with kernel32.dll
I've installed service pack 3 but with like 60% of files it had an error and couldnt "copy" file to system.
After installing process finished computer kept restarting. It's restarting now for like 1hr lol can't login to administrator account , nothing

You installed all the critical updates yes? There is an off chance your OS installation may just have failed, I reformatted a laptop recently and the OS was messed up on the first installation but fine for the second.

Consider maybe having another go at reinstalling your OS again.

Make sure you write the iso on the slowest speed, if that's what you're doing.
