~96 Summoning (Can do with just 52 summoning. Price will change a little. Will discuss price.)
~60+ Defence (I don't feel like doing pures right now.)
~85+ Ranged (Can do with lower range. I prefer 90+ though.)
~chaotic Crossbow, + Rapier/vine whip/Long (Can do without. Price will change a little. Will discuss price.)
~Armadyl BattleStaff with 2K armadyl runes or PolyPore Staff
~Storm of armadyl unlocked (If armadyl battlestaff)
~Ganodermic armour, Karil's top, Torag's platebody+legs OR Ganodermic/Virtus + Armadyl chestplate + Torva platebody+legs or Torag's


TOS:
You will NOT change password when I do cape for you, I have 24hours.
If you log in and die before I finish, you will NOT be refunded.
YOU WILL NOT go on the account untill I tell you the cape is done.
You will pay first, or we'll use a MM to hold the money (I will not pay fees.)

Very sad. No idea why you trusted him. I mean it was only 3M cheaper than me, and it looks hella suspicious how he did two on his account and pretended he'd done 8. Sucha scumbag. Get him banned in "Report a Scammer" Forum. If you still need a cape, hit me up, I'll do it for 15m if you're using SOA.
