    Losing Weight

I managed to lose 25kg+ about two years ago, so I hope I can offer some advice. Although you may not believe it, the way you eat has more of an impactthan the excercise (although it is still needed).

Cut out as much dairy as possible, bread, pasta, potatoes etc. And if something says 'low fat' check the amount of sugar in it. Eating something with high sugar levels will do you no good either.

so everyone has successfully repeated the post above them: eat healthy and exercising.

    some tips:

what you need to eat is a large portions of lean meat for dinner, chicken breast, turkey, fish is ideal and fill the rest of your plate with leafy greens and vegetables that contain complex carbs. sweat potato (NOT normal potato), brochilli, spinach are good. If your snacking try and eat almonds, beans and eat regularly don't make yourself hungry. Drink heaps of water!

building muscles will help you burn fat faster so try some pushups/situps/squats along with your cardio. Get some dumbbells if possible

just read one of your replies, PRO TIP: YOU WON"T BUILD MUSCLE WITHOUT PUTTING ON SOME FAT if you run until you're skinny you'll have to eat a lot to gain muscle mass, might as well start lifting weights now then drop the fat later with cardio

can't stress this enough .. i've gone through a good bit of weight loss and DIET SHOULD TAKE #1 PRIORITY, you don't need to do a shit ton of exercise or go to the gym 2 hours a day, working out is a good thing, but a strong diet is far more important.

edit: for a big guy with a big goal, I suggest the "keto" diet, do some research on it, it works well (well it did for myself)

Try to get a gym membership and go like twice a week. Go ahead and ask the instructors there for some real tips :)

How about you give me about 3 stone please >.>

I dont know much about it but the most important part is the motivation you have to do it and your persistence, you need to keep in your head everyday that you want too lose this weight and keep yourself motivated otherwise its just too hard. Knowing from myself from trying to put on weight :-/

Dude tbh i would set a long term goal and a short term one. Like maybe set a goal to increase from walking to running a couple miles.
    The wieght loss will come...

Or live on a diet of only crackers and water.

    Your choice

Don't stop eating, eat as many times you can per day, then when you go to launch or dinner you will not be so hungry
