PayPal Account

So I'm looking into the buying and selling markets for RSGP, and I have a couple questions.

1. Do I NEED to have a bank account or REAL credit card linked to my paypal account?

2. If so, can I use a prepaid visa card I bought from a gas station instead of a real one?

I'm looking into Western Union too. Same questions as above, do I need a real card/bank account to send money? and will a prepaid card work.

Its alot more difficult if your not using a real bank account or credit card. Paypal checks to see if the card is legitimate and sends a fee. A visa gift card does not show you the code you need to verify that it is in fact a legitimate card.

You'll have to phone them up to find the code.
