so the new Tzhaar-ket-Twig...(Updated obby maul)

So.....over the last year i've sold off my rs accounts and quit alot of things to make an obby tank....I knew i'de love it and i have loved my obby tank.....But after this new update they totally fucked the obby maul up and now it basicly a DH Greataxe mixed with a bronze hatchet....it's stupid.

Well after this update, it's really made me lose my want to even play on this obby tank anymore but like i really like the account and have worked so hard on it...So i'm not 100% sure what i should do now. I'm thinking about getting 20 attack to be a corrupt tank, but the C.Stat hammer and cvls are so expencive....and the cvls is 33k PER SWING...

I could use some advice as to what i should do as now all i have is my obby tank :/ and little money to buy an account build from a trusted member :/

Should i just quit?

They made it look gay as hell imo. I wouldn't make it a corrupt pure I did that once and it was terrible and I lost more money than I gained

I suppose the pures will complain about the graphical update, but it is still the same item.

 

TBH, I've never quite understood people like you...you guys PMS about how an item looks when it doesn't even fucking matter. It's a game for crying out loud...just play the damn shit and stop complaining if an item looks like a flying penis or w/e the fuck you think it looks like. It's not like they completely removed the item from the game or fucked up the bonuses of the item...did they? No. It's still the same, just play with it. If you're going to cry about how something looks than it's better for you to quit as the community is getting rather tired of people like you whinning about crap no one cares about.

don't quit because of a wep getting a graphical update, you'll get used to it soon. and don't ruin your pure either or you'll prob regret it

 

Jagex confirmed in the last Q & A that they will change due to negative feeback I believe.

 

Yeah good point, i would only go corrupt if i could afford it, and had the subbs on youtube worth wasting money on cvls ect

I've heard that they said they were going to re-vamp the maul in the QA sesh that they had on the forums, can anyone get a picture of exactly where that was stated because i would love to see the maul updated somewhat so it can look like a maul not a shrunken dh greataxe llollolol

 

I feel your pain man, i would hate for my most used weapon to be destroyed like that.

If it hurts that much to pk with the maul you could always use an iron scimmy
