Alrighty, so there's this girl she's 16, ive basically been friends with for over 3 years, dated a few times done shit, yadda yadda.. we know each other really well, when shes ever had trouble with what ever ive been there and so its comes too this...

Shes been with this guy that's 24 for a couple months now, she says she loves him, hes got money out the ass, and a good med. marijuana setup, like me lol...
But the thing is, recently within the last week, i heard from one her best girl friends that he was slapping her around and pushing her etc. he didn't hit her from what i heard, i saw a bruise on her right eye the other day and asked and she said she smacked herself.

So what im thinking is he is beating her, telling her if she says anything that she will "get it" basically, and he is also using her like a tool with money, saying shit like if you don't come back ill cut off you phone, never let you get bud, food from him etc. and taunting her with buying her mass shit when she comes back over, and makes her stay for days too weeks on-in.

I personally am quite fed up with this fucking prick, calling her talking for hours blowing up her phone if she don't answer, then her friends if she turns it off, makes her cry almost every time they talk because he starts fighting every time.

so basically hes a woman abusing, stuck up, greedy, lonesome, pathological liar, asshole... im contemplating on going over and *talking* with him too where he don't come by her again, and getting her out of there.

he's 24, im 18 and shes 16, but acts and makes better decisions, except this one, than anyone i know, idk if it would just make shit worse for her and me, idk, i don't mind jail time, but at the same time i can have him arrested.

tldr; asshole, woman abuser, i want too kick the shit out of.
girl ive known for years and been best with for those years is with him and getting smacked around and forced too stay with him.

what should i do?

 

Call the police because that is statutory rape? Also if he really is beating her that is domestic violence and assault and battery on a minor.

Jail time over a 16 year old that has you friendzoned while he fucks her daily? She is obviously a broken person by the sounds of it. You should distance yourself from both of them.

 

Have him arrested. Jailtime really fucks with your cv and employment.

 

Actually advice the girl to call the police. It's not your business + (if he's rich he is capable of doing anything) you would get into trouble afterwards.

Find evidence that he is distributing his "medical marijuana" to other people and have him arrested.

Don't ruin your life just for a girl, that is just irrational. The best thing you can do is just call the cops. Avoid any altercations with him or it might end up with you getting arrested. Plus if you get arrested, you can kiss getting a good job or getting anywhere in life.

 

Don't call the police yet. Go over there "talk" to him, and get her out of there. If she goes back to then call the police. That is how I would handle the situation.

 

It's okay, you don't gotta act like an ethug around here. This would be stupid as if you did this you can get arrested and then sued because people love to sue. Then you are out money and you have a bad record.

When I was a co, we had a guy that was locked up for selling drugs. He wasn't a bad human being, he got caught with 500lbs of weed. The way he handled any violent situations without getting caught, because he didn't want to fuck up his earnings. He would take a tube sock and put a raw idahoe potatoe and lay em out with a quick smack to the back of the head. Or you could just man up walk up to the guy and tell him you know what he is doing and your calling the police. But none of it matters unless your friend says yes he smacked me and we had sex. If she doesn't he won't get in any trouble

 

I'm not sure if it's healthy to care about her. She don't seem to be that kinda person that's worth your help. On the other side, nobody should go through beating up. It's up to you, really. I would suggest talking to her, if she lies to you and cover it up, then let her lock herself up and take care of it herself. It's not your problem anymore then.

 

I think you should call the police, i really do if you don't, things can't become worst and worst, if you like her, that's the best choice, and if i was in your situation i would do that.

Ive always just been the person too go out of my way too help a buddy, like if i see a situation ive been in, and they're in it, ima help out without hesitation.

which is why i know she is in a real shitty place because i talked too her mom yesterday, and her drunk ass said she cant come back too the house, even though shes only 16...

But yeah, my plan now is too migrate over too his house when hes outa town too miami, stock up, when he gets back have him arrested for illegally dispensing too non-patients.

but at the same time, meeting up with him with a tube sock and a potato and wearing myself out on him, would be quite amusing and full-filling... but not worth it, hes a joke, and yeah, he could probably get a decent lawyer lol.

 

Id further investigate and MAKE SURE theres evidence of abuse and if there is then call the cops...if shes being abused she needs help but some younger girls say messed up shit for attention...and if THATS the case then turning him in would land him a felony for basically nothing. (i dont look down on age gap for dating)
