Remember when having full dragon meant you were rich?

 

remember when you spent all day making coal/iron/lobster certs.

remember when drop parties were held upstairs in the varrock museum

 

remember when logging into runescape was fun and not some tedious task.

Remember when you would ask high-level players if you could be Thierry slave, they would give you a task (likemaking 5000 bronze bars) and buy the bars from you for 100k

 

Remember when the community wasn't as horrible as it is now..

Remember when I first started and I was killin goblins for money, and I join a clan and the leader had full black armour and I thought he was god, then I got full mith and I thought I was the richest cunt ever.

 

remember killing cows for cow hides and making a bank! then buying your first full rune and feeling like a bawz!

 

I remember when above Varrock West bank world 1 was the hub for trading and merchanting rares - Pumpkins, Easters, God Armour, Trimmed Rune (g) and (t). Rune Scimitars were sold close to Zaff's staff shop, and Amulets of Power were in the ruined building to the south.

I also vividly recall the Grand Exchange not being there, and the Varrock stone walls were much closer - the main f2p wilderness and Pk'ing spot was on the North East outskirts of Varrock as well.

Collecting Runes at Black Knights Castle in the old Wildy was also a main "money earning" task for me back then

 

Remember when we had to have sleep in Edge shop 2nd floor in order to continue pking in rsc?

Remember when you begged people who cooked in edge to cook trout for you. And you just looted that raw trout from ground.

Remember when Jagex promised all rsc accounts will be transferred to Rs2, but over 30k accounts didnt make it?

Remember when you got your first pm from "jagex staff" who asked your password?
