Can I change my talent points if I've already spent them

On my rogue I spent a point to make me run faster while stealthed, then I inspected some pro rogues and realized that was a bad idea. Can I change the spot where my point is? How do I do it?

 

Go to a trainer and u pay 1g the first time to "unlearn your talent points"

It should not be 1g to do it your first time, a lot less!

 

I think it was around 1g for the first time, but it gets progressively more expensive.

 

You have to take off all of your talent points at once; you can't just remove one at a time. It cost me 2g and some silver, I had a lot of talent points added. This really helped though, I happily gave them the gold.
