Xbox Related Guide Section

We have a XBOX market and no Guide section?
The guide section for this could be for cheats for games or for ways to improve or glitch spots on COD or something.

I'd like to see this happen. It'd bring alot of new people who might search up "skyrim cheats" or something on those lines"

Well I'm a PS3 user but I think that my opinion is still valid.

This could be a good idea to attract some more active users to the site, but it could also fail and the section become inactive.

Maybe a Console based section?
Wii + xbox 360 + ps1-3 + nintendo 64!
I dont think that it'll be quite? lots of people like to play Battlefield or Call of Duty series. They post stuff in the video's section but why not just talk about funny experiences in the game ect ect? I think it'll be a great idea!

 

There already is a console based section, although not a lot of people venture to the bottom of the front page where it is locared, come check it out! ^_^

True true, well maybe the section could be m oved higher on the main page.
No one really goes down that far unless they realize it's there.

I've been on these forums for awhile and never noticed. I think it should be placed inbetween guides & support center and graphics.

 

As Travis stated we already have a section for discussion on console gaming, but it is not very active. Making its very own guide section would serve no point. I don't see any gaming guides posted anywhere in the first place, so making a new section would not be a good idea.

I am sure that if we get a surge in console gaming guides that a new section will be considered, but until then, No Support.

 

The console section can improve and has in the past, When I first started my ps3 online competition it saw a surge of people visiting the section, though because of timezones, I never saw more than 9 people during 1 event.
I do however intend to re-poen it as I have recently asked Alteranz to update my old signature.

I really don't think there is much room for a guide section here on sythe for consoles, let alone xbox. People would much rather publish there guides to sites such as Gamefaqs, where there is more activity.

Besides that all guides would have to be checked to make sure you didn't rip anyone elses guide.

 

While Xbox is probably the second, third or fourth most active market/game being discussed, I really don't think it needs it's own Guide section/subsection. Just throwing a guide in the General discussion seems fine to me

 

We don't need a guides section. No one sells them. Now I've been talking to admins since the Xbox section is my baby

Need More Support

 

There are already many suggestion threads about xbox having it's own discussion forum. The fact that there is world of warcraft, diablo, and starcraft or star wars or whatever, AND league of legends have their own discussion section is ridiculous because xbox related sales is more active than all of those. As for people saying there aren't any guides for xbox, I myself sold a black ops leveling guide, and also an mw3 leveling guide which sold more than 12 copies a piece.

The WoW section is fine where it is but Star wars? Diablo? No no no xbox beats that.

Now that we have an Xbox section I fully support this being added in there. I think it would fit great as a Xbox or Xbox General subsection. There is no reason not to throw it in there now that we have the Xbox section up.

I don't think we need a guide section and I've been trying to do what I can to improve it since its my main market here. Also no thre will be no mod for it. I was a market then global now.

I personally think that a xbox guide section would be a more active subsection than screenshots and videos. Making videos and taking screenshots is more of a PS3 thing, and not as many xbox users do it. But as for guides, I am sure people will be willing to make some considering everyone uses them.

 

Not such a bad idea, but there's no big need for this, semi-support this :l
