If you get ~half of them, that means 10% of kills will give you a crimson charm. Blue, green, and gold are in the 1%, 5%, and 6% range, which turns into 0.5%, 2.5%, and 3%. Assuming you used the gold and green charms first(getting to around 31 for Vampire Bat, which btw would not happen), and then doing each crimson familiar as it became available, you would need approximately 20k crimson charms. If you have a 10% chance, then you are looking at 200k cockroach kills.

Now, you said you did it and agility in two months. Lets look at the cockroach killing time alone. Assuming you played for 2 months straight (24/7), you would need to kill around 140 per hour. I will say, this is barely possible if you have a very high combat account to kill with, but it assumes you are in combat for the entire duration (1440 hours straight). Realistically, add in the time for agility and running around and you sir, are full of bullshit.
