Do your friends think that Runescape is for Nerds?

Mine do, I have to hide my runescape. what about yours?

Tbh a lot of my friends play Skyrim. Those are my close friends though.

 

My friends don't know I play. Its kind of a secret but whatever... ahha

 

Yeah I feel the same, it's a secret right? Go to School>hangout with friends>get home and scape untill the last possible minute>homework

 

Yeah, my friends always make fun of me for playing Runescape, but Idc, I'm a Proud RS player LOL.

 

I'm lucky because my friends used to play but quit near the end of highschool. so all I get is "you still play? how much you got now? number 1 yet?" etc, which is pretty cool.
And to solve another problem - I got my GF to start playing and she loves it (Y)

 

Not so much seen as nerdy, but seen as a "faggot" if you play it. We all used to play but I've continued to and I'm making the money off it, not them. So I don't really care tbh.

 

When I was younger and I hardcore nerded Runescape yes.

Now i'm 19 and go on rarely unless i'm doing a questing order, my friends don't give a shit.

 

I only EVER tell close friends that i play runescape these days. Only like 3 people in my school know i do, and 2 of them are siblings one of them is someone i can trust not to spill the beans

Yeah a few of them do however a few of my closest friends still do play runescape so will hangout with them and speak about it sometimes which is kinda cool .

 

Ye I'm 17 and I study engineering by day and player runescape by night.. They have no clue.

 

half of my friends play and think its nerdy while the other half dont play and think its nerdy. None of them really care that I play, because I'm making more money than them playing a game, than they make at their part time job... :3

 

A lot of people in my school used to think Runescape was nerdy, but now they don't really care anymore. I see a few people playing on private servers on school computers.
