Quality issue from first glance, even with the texture overlaid, she looks almost painted. The vertical bar effects I'm not a fan of and the depth needs some work. The lighting is going alright so far. I think this piece would have looked better with smudge effects and some solid ones in the foreground. Colours need to be reworked a little also. It ain't bad mate, I just know you've done better

 

The painterly look was sort of purposeful. Thanks, I think I might work on it some more.
