Paypalwiz accusing me of stealing

Note; This is a joint report against paypalwiz and SmperFidelis making false claims and being involved in suspicious fraudulent behavior. It is to protect myself from being banned and them trying to make scam reports against me.

Okay I sold an account to paypalwiz, SmperFidelis can vouch for this as he was the middleman. The trade occured yesterday, was smooth, and both parties were satisfied.

I log onto Sythe today and I get a personal message from paypalwiz claiming that I have stolen his account. I do not understand what he is talking about. I have never stolen an account or scammed anyone on this forum. It would be dumb to risk the amount of vouches I have attained and a permanent ban on this site for $20 worth of rsgp.

I am not sure whether paypalwiz is trying to set me up or he has genuinely lost access to the account. If a moderator can assist us in resolving this issue, it would be appreciated.

EDIT 1: He posted on some of my topics claiming I have recovered the account. I have not even touched the recovery attempt button. The only reason he does not have access to the account is because Jagex claims the account may be stolen and they have locked it, it happens with many accounts. I would like a moderator to help confirm this and clear my name before I recover the account and give it back to him (I will not even log on to prove my authenticity)

I find it unusual how just because the account got locked (By Jagex) he has come to the quick conclusion that I have scammed him or stolen it from him. If you look at my vouches I've sold severla accounts; one account I sold to another person was locked (by Jagex) and I got it back for the dude in less than a few seconds; the issue as resolved immediately. This same issue can be resolved as well with co-operation. He has told he has played rs since runescape classic. Anyone playing since that long should know accounts CAN get locked by Jagex when they claim they may be stolen due to the sudden IP change. It usually only happens once though. I hope you understand.

EDIT 2: SmperFidelis has just sent me the following message through PM:



Obviously I am not going to do anything at this point. I am going to wait for a moderator's response and only listen to him/her. Once the moderator confirms I should recover the account and take a log-in picture I will do so. This is for my own safety.

EDIT 3: I decided to get to the bottom of this issue as it is highly suspicious. I went on the runescape website and went to the recovery attempt menu (but did not actually fill anything out), Why did I do that? To check whether the account was truly locked or not. This is what shows up:



That means the account is NOT locked and still in his possession. Any moderator who would like to confirm this can pm me right now and I'll give you the log-in name of the account and you can go to recovery menu to check for yourself.

So how can this person claim I have stolen the account from him? When the account is not locked at all. If it was locked, it would say "Locked Recovery attempt"

Once a moderator gives me the permission, I will recover the account and check the last I.P. logged on. It could match paypalwiz's I.P. If it does, paypalwiz should be given the TWC as he is trying to set me up for false accusations of account stealing and lieing that he doesn't have posession of the account. There could be several possibilities of why he is doing this. a) He may be trying to get a refund for his rsgp b) he my be trying to get me banned while in the process keeping access to the account itself and/or c) it may be an entire misunderstanding and he may not be entering in the right password which he set.

SmperFidelis should also be given the TWC rank as they may be partners in fraud in this false accusations against me. By them claiming that I have stolen the account; when I have provided evidence of suspicious behavior from them and they have yet to provide any sort of proof that I have recovered the account; their arguments are insignificant thus far.

EDIT 4:

I went ahead onto the recovery attempt screen and gathered more evidence showing that the account is not locked and still in his possession:



I have pm'ed one moderator who is online right now (Punjabi3) to quickly go and to the recovery attempt menu under the username of the account to verify this.

Thus I have come to the following conclusions:

1. This account which I have sold to paypalwiz is not locked, and it hasn't been recovered. It is still in his possession.
2. Paypalwiz and SmperFidelis may be acting as partners in crime/fraud and trying to get away with making false accusations + false claims against me.
3. Once a moderator orders me to recover the account, I will do so and take several log-in pictures. If the last I.P logged on matches that of paypalwiz's or SmperFidelis, they should both be given the TWC rank. Keep in mind that they may have close friends that they've told to log onto the account to clear their names.

EDIT 5:

I have decided that a smarter idea would be for me to recover the account for now but NOT log onto it. This is to prevent paypalwiz and SmperFidelis from getting their friends or another person to log onto the account to clear their I.P from being last logged on. Once a moderator orders me to log onto the account I will do so and check the last I.P. logged on.

Venom has recovered the account for PayPalwiz. The wealth of the account seems to still be there.
