    Um...duh? It's the best cape in the game... (besides Soul Wars Cape for prayer bonus).

    New fire cape
    Completionist Cape is the best in the game.

    And yes it is worth it. It makes you look more of a pro, since it is a hard achievement along with its good bonus strength.
