Looking for a 9HP account.

I'm looking for something without combat stats, but realistically, I don't mind if it has attack or defence XP

I will be paying through RSGP, and would prefer to use an OMM unless your trustworthy.

Account doesn't need to have any items / quests / other skills. Just looking for the 9HP and NO levels in prayer, range, mage, strength, summoning (and hitpoints!)
