Is there a way to change my name?

title says it all.

 

Name changes are NOT allowed except in ONE, and only ONE, case. If someone is promoted to staff and has an unprofessional username, we may allow them to change it to something more professional. If their existing username is professional enough, however, they will NOT be given a name change. Name changes are NOT a donator perk IN ANY WAY regardless of donation level. Capitalization and other "minor" changes are included in this rule regardless of how "minor" the change may seem. Asking staff members for a name change in violation of these rules may result in an infraction.

 

Name changes are NOT allowed unless you are promoted to staff, and have an unprofessional name. The best bet in your case, would be to request a Self Requested Ban (post in the dispute/community forms, or PM a Global (the light red names at the bottom)) and ask for a Self Requested ban. Then, just simply make a new account with your newly desired name.

 

You are always of course free to make a new account on here, however your new account must never interact with your old one, which is why it's a good idea to request a ban on your current one. Most people just carry on with the name they already have though.
