Would an account like this be effective at pking:

Combat 73, accidentally cropped it out of the picture.

    Thanks :)

    If you used range, yes.

If you wanted to use a special attack weapon with your meele stats, no.

Seems like a silly question. Decent maul rusher/hybrid.

50 attack is easy to quest and doesn't add any combat levels, neither does 60 strength. A g-maul would be a good back up weapon if I manage to lower their HP enough.

    Ok, thanks :)

What is it with this guy... if it's a silly question don't post dude..

OP: Yeah i know, just saying with 60 strength it is pointless, you will see what i mean when you are fighting guys 80hp+

I was planning on using it sometimes, if I manage to lower their hp enough. :)

Maybe in the future. Want to keep combat as low as possible at the moment :)

Yeah but even if your low hitpoints say 30hp.. With g maul and 60 strength you are lucky enough to hit a 15 let alone a 30.

Would 70 strength be better? It doesn't add any combat levels if I don't level HP when I get it, although that's going to take a long time to get using zeal.

That would be alot better, I am advising you as I basically made this exact account 1 year ago and now it's finished 60 strength is useless. I have never been able to use meele while pking as there is just no need for it.

    Why spec a 15,15 with g maul when i could be hitting 48+ with d bolts/d bow

If you use the Ultimate Strength prayer and a super strength potion, you can boost your strength from 60-69.

Don't see the point of strength/attack if you are mainly going to be using range.

Unless you get 60 attack as well, I feel you shouldn't get strength/attack as well.

Or 70-79 with 70 strength. Which would be alot more efficient and better for pking.

They don't add any combat levels and they aren't too hard to get, so it's a good back up KO weapon:)

It would be more than that. It's 70-96 because it would be +30% of original stat and +5 levels :) But that would take me a while to get without level HP. Yet, that is alot more infact... I may have to get 70 strength one day.
