    Empo Scammer.
    Took after he logged off, I bidded on his auctions which you can't back out of he claimed to of sent money to my paypal and said he sent it to dakoda beng which I use a total different email name then the actual name on the paypal to avoid this issue, and then after I said send money now or I'm reporting he never sent payment got offline. If this proof doesn't suffice...

    You'll need to provide proof showing that you've given what ever was being bought.
    You'll need to provide proof that you haven't received the money.
