Thoughts?

So my best friend's (which happens to be an ex) birthday is coming up and i want to get her something nice. She likes rings and i came across a website and it is really awesome. This guy makes wooden rings. Not the POS ones but really good quality rings. and i really want to get her one.

So,

I was thinking about getting her one made of Macassar Ebony wood with her birthstone in it (Alexandrite) it looks super cool and i think she will love it but idk.
