    i'm playing matrix when I'm bored, it's 100% spawn and PKing and it's just like at the moment RuneScape 99%.

    I used to play rovascape, it was good for a while.
    Soulsplit is also good.

    Personally play zarpor as I like the overall community on there. I dislike pking-based servers though. Most of them just end up dying in a week or so. There ARE a few things I do dislike about zarpor, but I won't go into that. It's about to peak at 100+ players soon because most staff on there aren't lazy, otherwise, I would just turn my back and play the main Runescape.
