on going war with hacker / key logger.

yesterday they took 10m from me, changed password, today they took nothing but changed the password from under me.

wtf do i do? i have like 120m in gold on my acc in my bank + 100m in items..


i have a pin, so they cant get to my bank, but they can get on whenever they want?? wtf

 

Yeah situations like this are sticky. Your best bet is to email Jagex or get the account locked and unlock it to the best of your abilities.

 

Run an anti-virus scan on your computer, see if it detects anything.

 

That's your only option until you clean your computer.

 

Use a different computer, or even go to a different house on a different computer, change ur pass. Dont login to anytihng on the infected computer untill you virus scan it. I recommend Malwarebytes trial version.

 

are you the original owner of the account?

 

Change your password on another computer. Then perform virus scans using your anti-virus, plus MalwareBytes. That should fix the problem. If not, do a system restore to a few days before you were infected with the keylogger.

 

you should reinstall your windows to fix key log problem.

 

Get Malwarebytes, you may end up needing to re-format so I would consider backing up what you want to keep. Don't type in any more personal information or logins for anything on that computer until you are sure it is clean.

 

guys, i just ran a full check, downloaded a bunch of stuff, and the hacker is gold4fun.

i have an ip as proof, if you google the ip it comes up with their website first.

if you want the ip let me know.

 

and yes i am the original owner, i keep getting pop ups from my anti virus saying "potential threat blocked from 204.188.198.39" which is their ip.

 

I would sell the RSGP tbh, just so you have atleast $$ out of it.

 

Change your passwords on another safe computer.
Then download Avast! or AVG Free and run a scan right away.

 

Transfer cash/wealth to another account on a safe computer. make shure the account doesnt have a trade limit.

Then get AVG free and scan the infected computer.

You have a few options. You could restore it to a certain date before you got the virus, or just totally restore your computer if you can't get it off from an application

 

Ouch, that ain't a good situation you have yourself. I suggest you RESET your computer and scan your computer and than, change your RS pass, anything you have ever logged on with on that computer, etc. that should fix your problem.

 

Yeah, I have never used G4F and the people I know that have used it have been scammed.

 

Ok, some great advise above.

1. Put a note in your signature saying you are not doing any trading until further notice.

2. Download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and install it. Start running a scan

3. Download AVG FREE and install, run scan.

4. Run both scans, restart, then run scans again.

5. After that, if nothings been found, PM me ( http://sythe.org/member.php?u=207723 ) and I will walk you through advanced removal.

 

Reboot you computer, New software (Avg)

 

Have you checked to see if they added a facebook account onto your account, and that is how they keep getting access to it? Try that if there is one then just remove it and you should be good. If not then scan your pc.
