EliteEmpire Ban evading.

First off i would like to say good work on banning XSephirotHX he ripped me off once but i lacked the correct pictures and he did'nt get banned but i'm glad justice got him in the end.

however if you look at his profile he has the email [email protected] which funny enough is the same MSN he was on back when he ripped me off. I would just like to point out that this is the name of his main account ( EliteEmpire ) and that one is still active is this not Ban evading ???

I also see people have been trying to report EliteEmpire as a scammer as well.
