What program is used to make the pictures that gold sellers have?

Hey guys so I am looking for what program the people who have graphics on there for example: rsgp goldselling thread. I was hoping the program thye have is free and I can jus create my own picture or graphics so it can be my style. any feed back would be helpful. Also if the program is free can I use it to make a signature too?

 

Well, it isn't free if you want to get it via legal routes. It is mostly C4D and Photoshop. While C4D Text is pretty easily mastered after a few tutorials, photoshop is harder - much harder. It takes a long time to get the eye for photoshop and to get a grasp on all the tools.
