Well I was talking to somebody else that made a deal with South recently. He said that South claimed his PP is blocked so he sent the money via bank transfer. He is waiting for more than a week.

Theres a scam report already so the mods will take care of it. Normally they should be able to judge from his recent IPs and speech patterns if it was actually him.

 

even if he got hacked, he's gonna have to pay the scammed users back

 

I have the exact same problem. I gave him a beta key , he activated but after he told me that his paypal is limited because he didnt pay the ebay fees.He told me that he send me the money via bank account and 1, almost 2 week past and no money. He doesnt answer on steam or msn, report him, im already pissed of by he.
