Gecks High Pardon - [Explained]

Been on Sythe longer than a few moderators on here..

No reason for ban just a silly game we used to play in the spam forum with mods lol.

My dispute is the first link on this.

TR1B4L (Ex-Mod) Made a game where we roll a dice and depending on what number we roll. We either WIN; A custom rank. OR LOSE; Banned.

2 days after I rolled and got banned. It was decided on Sythe that the game was not allowed because if you did roll a WIN. You weren't allowed a custom title anyway. Therefore making my ban useless..

Basically it was just a game made by TR1B4L where you either roll a dice for a ban/custom rank. The game wasn't allowed anyway so my ban was unfair.

I was kind of well known on sythe and featured in the most annoying forum user's of 2009. And well yeah.. I used to chill with all the old mods of sythe and some of you are still mods. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=719814

Basically it was a silly thing to ban for and we all just used to troll and mess about as mods and now im back and want my account back.

I remember the incident, but none of those involved were given a false ban reason. The ban reason given was simply, "dicing game."

It is possible that you evaded the roulette ban, and your ban reason was subsequently updated to evasion. However, Rockstar Truth was banned 11-09 by Suf. Dash it was banned 11-09 by Giddy. Both appear to be yours.

According to your profile, Gecks hadn't even registered until 11-14, and his original ban wasn't until 11-19 for the dicing game before being updated on 11-26 to evasion.

tldr; we need to know your earliest account, and the original ban reason.

 

To sin666; Thank you for reading through and taking your time to assess this situation. From reading your response I can tell you that the only accounts I had was Gecks + The two you mentioned. If you could add me on MSN, i would like to catch-up/ask a few questions.. Im shocked your ex-admin now Anyway back on topic. As you can see i only had about 20 posts and didn't use this website for trading. I just spent hours on end in the spam forum, so if you could just make a decision please i would love to return. I can't belive how many staff have left sythe.

I think you missed the point of my response, though. If Rockstar Truth and Dash it were yours, then Gecks was ban-evading from the moment the account was created; the dicing game had nothing to do with it.

Not sure what to make of the situation, since you were the one who reported yourself for ban-evading.

Hi sin, From reading your latest response I now understand what you are trying to ask.

Dash It and Rockstar Truth were my only accounts.

As you know I used to do alot of trolling with Jcash and all the other spam forum mods/people. I wasn't actually ban evading I was just trolling saying I was a ban evader.

Think of it as a self ban request.

I made a proper account called 'Gecks' and recieved the most annoying forum member award and #1 troll lol. Then the dicing game got me banned. I was never ban evading, there is nothing i could ban evade from as I never traded on the site or acquired any infractions. I only used this site for the spam forum, and still want to return to just the spam forum. I have only just noticed that Jcash is also trying to return in this same section. Although he has a different reason/situation I would like to see him return also, But that is not my decision.

Administrator is a big role and probably take's up a lot of time so I can understand why you requested a demotion. It was just a shock to see ex-administrator next to your name.

Is Finn still here?

Thanks for reading and I hope that I won't have to make any more high pardons and can just return to meet my old friends. I really appreciate the time you have taken out to assess this situation thoroughly sin.

I'm sure you had more accounts on the registration ip you made the account from you had an imposter of Tr1bal, you made 2 accounts to make fun of megamatt's mom, an account to make fun of Shawn, and +1 internetz all of which were trolls, and I'm assuming this was you as well: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1338770 I personally wouldn't want to see somebody like yourself back, you made accounts to mock mods and even Shawn_ after his incident and I can tell your attitude about trolling hasn't changed at all, considering your still commending yourself about trolling before you were banned.
