Runescape Doubling

You never get someone douberling cash lol , they ant scamming due to the fact there doublerling there cash not yours xD

 

Yes, no one actually doubles cash. People say they are "quitting" and doubling cash. But if they really were quitting and giving stuff away they would just do it all in one trade.

 

No, they are scamming. Like others have said, they are just looking for a larger trade. Don't be so naive.

 

Well, Majority of players that do this scam are truly untrustworthy, but if you persuade them into thinking you'll give more GP for them to double, they might actually double it., But I suggest you don't get involved in this

 

Actually not true; there was a point in runescape where I was well over 6b all from staking.

I did fun games such as 50k wins staff of light or "trust me with 3m win dlcaws" and I would give away like 10 claws.

I would even message people on my FL telling them I'd double their cash 1x and I did it multiple time just for fun.

I didn't care about the massive loss because I had so damn much to spare and I felt generous.

99.99% are prolly scammers, but still there ARE some "Legit Doublers"

 

There are legit doublers.

I remember seeing one in World Sixty something, she had a farming cape. And she doubled someone's money, I think it was 1M or 10M. She's rich, and she admitted that once a day, she would say doubling money, and she doubles the person's money.

Also, there was this person in W2, near the rare section in the G.E. She was literally doubling millions, I remember doubling a few million. Everyone would spam trade her. But when you double like 1M, she would say "Doubled 10M" (or more). Eventually she doubled a lot of cash, and I think she scammed quite a bit off someone. When she says doubled X amount, people who got their money doubled, even if it wasn't 10M, are happy and would usually play along with the scam, or just be quiet.

Later came someone with the same phat (White), and did the same. I wasn't there for long to see how it played out.

 

The doublers are still here because majority of RS players are 10 years old that literally have no idea that they will get scammed.

they are 100% scams, though some will double a small amount or even 1m if you chat them up first then you take the double and bail. Don't try this with the level 3's called o00o0o0o though haha.

 

Okay, its quite simple. Give the doubler 50k, hope that he doubles it if so you walk away. Although wear some rare or high priced amour to make them think that you will offer more the next trade, Scamming the scam!

 

Haha I've either seen that person when I used to play, or it's a different person doing the same thing.

Seen person in White P Hat and 3rd Age Range doing it very successfully...I made a few mill that way. They'd act legit, then scam a ton of people and log out. A few minutes later, they'd log in at a different part of the GE and do it over again.

 

I just get people to double small amounts of money for me and they do it thinking I'll give them more. Then I just leave with the money when I'm ahead.

 

Honestly, if you believe that they're really going to double your cash, you deserve to lose that cash.

Horrible little scam should defo be removed somehow but its not possible
