    Buying a Partyhat [Willing to go first]
    Im looking to buy a partyhat as the title says, im going to be looking for a purple, white or blue.
    If you any phat still contact me i may change my mind.
    Ill be paying around 0.75-0.85 per mil street price for the hat.
    Ill be using paypal, WU, Moneypak or moneygram

    Still looking to buy. And mcwilki refused to show his '"white phat" before I transfered money by calling my bank. I don't understand why scammers get so mad if they fail lol.

    i did not refuse to show it, you wanted me to trade it to you first i said use OMM which you said no and tryed to blag me to give you the phat first without any mm
