PA shot itself

Basically I bought something from them,and never received it,so the logical thing was to cancel it and to wait for a refund...so I wait. 3 days later I receive not one cent,so I contact support,so they say wait for higher relevant team...so I wait.After 4 days I decide to contwct Paypal because player auctions said I could have not received it,but paypal said I didnt,and I opened a claim.

Then PA states that I should have waited 3 days for PA to get to me,any bullshit there?

 

I have eared something like that about PA, but in my case never happened to me, they always paid me.
