Reporting holmqvist - Chargeback Scammer.

I was selling 2 giftcards, each for $20 for $12 each. holmqvist PM'd me saying she wanted to buy them and I gave her my skype information. She went first, then I gave her the information and it seemed like a fast and easy trade. I look in my email today to see a PayPal dispute from this trade.

As Karl said previously, you need to prove that the skype you talked to was indeed the person who scammed you; it could've been an imposter.

 

How is that not proof? The name on skype is kim holmquist and the user name on here is homlqvist..

 

Someone could've created that skype with the sole purpose of impostering him.

It may be retarded to require proof before banning someone, as opposed to banning someone without proof, but, that's how it is unfortunately.
