Dreamweaver is very useful, but it's pretty expensive too.

If you are not knowledgeable about CSS or HTML or practically anything about that stuff. Try weebly :D

    Best Website Design Tool?

I just had a conversation with Govind about this...

It's distasteful to use products that include premade generators... I mean, where's the pride in creating a new work? Or developing something from scratch? The 'Best Website Design Tool' is by far a keen eye for website design and a steady hand for doing said designing. Then writing the code yourself and putting it all together...

At the end of the day, you'll feel more like an artist, and less like a color-by-numbers.

    Best Website Design Tool?

Best coding IDE has to be Netbeans. Coming from a PHP programmer, this has been the most useful by far.

Honestly, if you have no coding experience, you'll want to stick with Dreamweaver, it's a cool little tool. If you're familiar with code, go for Netbeans, it has everything you'll ever need, and if it doesn't, you can always try Notepad++

Dreamweaver is really the best tool for web designing. It allow for date transfer and it support all platform. It is very easy to use and learn. Its installation method is also easy so you can install it easily. I also used this software for web designing.

Dreamweaver honestly sucks. I've never liked it and never will. If I'm just doing HTML/CSS/JS/PHP I'll use Notepad++. Hell, I've even written entire .Net objects in Notepad++ and just copied the code to VS when I wanted to compile.

^ I agree with kyle, also dreamweaver isn't great at showing you what web pages look like across all browsers, from my experience it looks fine on dreamweaver, shit in reality. The only way of being sure your webpages look like they should is having a server or installing xxamp on your own computer. So the best programs are xxamp + notepad++

For HTML/CSS/PHP/JS I use Komodo. For everything else I use Eclipse.
