Good gaming laptops for Runescape?

Well currently this laptop I have is an Acer Extensa 5220, it's just really slow, it heats up quickly, I have lots of frequent lag, it's hideous if I'm in World 54 and staking, because when I switch from punch and block, it has such a delay that they get hits on me etc.. It's just really frustrating, So do you have any ideas what would be a good choice in laptop for me, as i'm not really up to date with this sort of stuff, I prefer a good sound card and graphics, I enjoy playing on high detail, and I want 0 lag when in world 54 and I'm staking, which is what I enjoy. . . My price range is around £350 max I'd say + I work at Tesco, and I get %10 off anything I buy, which is also pretty good, as they have a few Hp laptops in here I been looking at.

 

If you are getting delay, are you sure it isn't your internet?

 

Don't but an HP. They have one of the highest hardware failure rates of any laptop manufacturer. I personally don't like Toshiba either. You're not really going to get much with your budget though.

 

Well got any ideas lol? I heard HP was a good brand to go for?

 

From who? They obviously don't know what they're talking about.

I'd get an Asus or Sager. Sager tends to be expensive though.

 

Advent offers pretty good computers in your price range.

 

Would you say they're quite high performance, ideal for playing runescape without any real lag issues etc.

Advent offers pretty high spec, cheap computers perfect for RuneScape. The sole problem with them is that they don't have capabilities for much extra RAM to be put in, and also they tend to become "old" quicker than some of the more prolific computer sellers, such as Toshiba.

I've had my Toshiba Qosmio for 6 years, and it still runs everything, however my Advent (which was top of the range 4 years ago) started slowing down a month ago, and struggled to go onto the Domino's Pizza website, let alone play games, so I decided to switch to a iMac.

 

I've seen some top stuff in Pc World, problem is there quite expensive, do you know much about those desktop pcs all built into the monitor.
