New YouTube Channel/Quality Test Etc.

I hope this is allowed, if not please just remove it.
I'm getting into making commentaries and YouTube in general. I use an HDPVR btw.

Is the quality ok? I just started so I'm not too good yet, but I like doing it so hopefully my fanbase grows and I get better etc.

I would really like a YouTube background. I mean like a youtube layout for my channel. Maybe a twitter link. Shit like that.
I also am in real need of an intro (Cinema 4D, After Affects etc.)
My biggest problem is I can't think of any design plans.
Help me brainstorm some creative ideas! Possibly an intro with music, or maybe sound affects.

Please help! If you know any talented people have them contact me as I am willing to pay for quality work.
