[VB.NET 2010] Need a system created as a project. [PAYING $$$$]

I need somebody good with Visual basic to carry out a univeristy project for me, I need a program that will have several tabs with "Main courses" "Hot starters" "Cold starters" "Drinks". It will be an ORDER TAKING SYSTEM for a Lebanese restaurant, I will provide you with buttons that need to be filled in (Names of foods, drinks). The tabs will all need to look the same, and on the right hand side, have a list of what has been ordered and the quantity of the item and price, Total price also at the bottom and total of items to help delivery drivers pack it up.

At first there will be a login screen with a unique password each order clerk will have, once they enter their password, the system knows then, who took the order, so if there is a mistake, "recent orders" can be checked, and the Initials of the clerk will come up.

Behind the scenes the restaurant owner should be able to create new clerk IDS as he hires and fires people and delete old ones, it will prompt to input Initials and a password for the user, 2 different users can not have the same initials, or password.


Once they have gone through to the system it will have 3 buttons prompting "Carry out" or "delivery" or "Eat in" order, then it will go to a page which asks for the customers details, like address if its a delivery and phone number etc.

I need to have a "recent orders" tab to show all of the orders for that day in order for example "order #1, sprinfield road, £19.99" or whatever,


DUE TO THIS BEING A UNIVERSITY PROJECT,
This is what I will need done:

1. A Prototype (Demo) (Not fully functioning) but all buttons tabs in, This I will be marked on from the perspective of HCI.
Which is Bearing in mind the disibility discrimination act etc, so cannot use bright colours incase the user is epileptic, etc. Just needs to be, easy to use, user friendly and streight forward basically.

2. Screenshots will need to be taken as the program is being completed, Screenshots will need to be annotated and explained, for e.g. "IN this screenshot I was coding the subtotals of the total order" and how you went about doing it.

3. ERRORS, As a university student I am not a proffessional coder so they expect me to make mistakes, You creating this may be a proffessional so you can purposes encounter errors as long as they are not TOO SIMPLE to make.

I will need screenshots of the error, (bug, while program is running), Under the screenshot explain what the error was you made, and how you fixed it.

4. I will need references, Websites, Books page numbers that I can say i Used to help me with this project. The only reason YOU will need to get these and not me, is that YOU wrote the program so If i go to find stuff, its likely it has nothing of value.

You doing this should be easy as you can for example search "loops" and find a decent page with correct coding and put it in.

5. ALL CODING MUST BE EXPLAINED 'This line of code does this....' ETC.
I WILL DEFFINATELY BE ASKED BY MY PROJECT SUPERVISOR, AS TO WHAT CODE MEANS AND HOW IT WAS FOUND (Hence references).




FINALLY THE PROTOTYPE WHICH WILL TAKE NO LONGER THAN 1 HOUR IS DUE IN ON THE 16TH OF FEB, BUT THE PROGRAM CAN BE DONE OVER THE NEXT 3 WEEKS SO IT IS NO RUSH FOR THE PROGRAMMER, I WILL NOT EXPECT IT TO BE DONE IN 2 DAYS. LOL

I WILL NEED THE FULL .VB FILES AND EVERYTHING SENT TO ME TO PROVE I DID THIS PROGRAM. FULL FILES ETC.

I take it i'm no longer doing it?
Probably gonna pull out anyway due to the amount of work you expect me to do, i was happy to write the program & comment the code.

And it would be just as easy for you to make all the error screenshots and search the web for resources etc. I think you're just being lazy now....
