Mother Files $900 Trillion lawsuit

Interesting. I don't know what she is expecting to get out of this, because obviously NYC, let alone this entire country, does not have $900 trillion in the first place. It just amazes me how arrogant some people are when it comes to lawsuits.

Here I thought a $1million dollar suit for coffee spilling was far enough.

It seems that she made that sum of amount for publicity or attention for the court. Yeah, it's painful to lose your kids or have them taken away from you but with her condition at the time it was the right decision.

 

That hot coffee case drives me crazy. The woman was awarded $160,000 to cover her medical costs (which only cost about $10,000) and then an additional $2.7 million for punitive damages for something that was clearly her fault.

 

I was going to say..... publicity will win a case like this. Its just like cassy anthony or whatever her name is. the one who killed her child but was found not guilty. it was all because of publicity. If NYC keeps geting pressed on this issue they will resolve it with an out of court deal. But she made have made it way to outrages because no one in thier right mind would pay 900 trilion dollars at this. Im pretty shure thats close to the USA's deficite.

 

There is no way that number will pass. This is just to gain public attention, or maybe she held down the 0 key a little too long

 

Pretty sure all the money in the world doesn't amount to that much.

 

Her lawyer must be just as stupid as her.
