So I was going to buy his Rune pure account (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1337815) for 2M, so before giving him the money I asked him if he could remove the recoveries or the email, which he obviously can if he is the original owner and has real intentions of selling it without recovering, at first he said that he didn't know how, and then I provided him this link from Dream Big's guide on how to remove recoveries (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1207851) and told him that with that he can remove them, and then he directly refused to delete them, then I asked him if he could atleast remove the email, which he refused too. He also wanted me to go first by any reason because he said he was trusted (He has 5 vouches ~ 3 of those 5 are scammers ~ 1 of the vouches was a 1,5M trade ~ Other vouch was an account swap)

    Here is the proof:

Chat logs aren't considered as evidence, and this isn't really an offence worthy of a TwC.
